HOLMES MILL

CLITHEROE

Kickstarting my Interior studies, it was encouraged to try model making, drawing and sketching.
Briefed to pick a place of our choice, we had to portray the overall atmosphere of the space, and in turn, create a model made of a material of our choice.
I decided to focus on Holmes Mill, Clitheroe. Originally established in 1823, it was used as a manufacturing complex, hence the engines and boilers to power the space. These attributes remain in the space, and hold a standing historic reputation, to remind the folk of its past. Now having become a Brewery, it adds a rustic, quirky impression, and so forth, allows the public to appreciate this stunning interior.
Creating the model out of 3D Pen, it gave the aged nature of the space, and not to mention the atmospheric awe of the Engine Room.
